The District 14-B WHITE CANE should be submitted
when your Club completes its White Cane Day(s) (once or twice yearly)

This report should be EMailed (or mailed) to the White Cane Chair, Information Technology Chair and District Governor.

The new form is in Microsoft Word format and it simple to use.

FIRST: To download the form - CLICK HERE

SECOND: When the form opens in your browser -

Select FILE (pull-down menu) and SAVE AS a "new file-name" to a place on your hard drive. Preferably make a new folder called LIONS REPORT and save it.

THIRD: Once the form is saved on your hard drive ~ open it from there and complete the form saving it with your club name and month of report. For example: "myclub-whitecane-year" . Saving a file in this format sorts them easily on your hard drive.

FOURTH: Now your form is saved and still open on your computer . . . do this:

Select FILE (pull-down menu) and select SEND TO (a window will open) and select MAIL RECEIPIENT AS ATTACHMENT. Your EMail message window will open -- enter the recipient's EMail address and Click SEND.

You will now have a completed the OFFICERS REPORT on your hard drive and you may also print it for your records!
