Pittsburgh North Side Lions Club
 
 

PITTSBURGH NORTH SIDE LIONS CLUB was organized on May 27, 1935, and received its charter from District Governor Ezra D. Marvin, of New Castle, on June 24, 1935. 

The Charter President was Charles Wolff, and the first Secretary-Treasurer was John L. Thompson. 

Lions who have served on District Cabinets include J. Johnson, William C. St. Clair, Arch N. Dunsmore, Christian Z. Schrove, Jack E. Reynolds, and Arthur F. Smith. 

The Club so-sponsored by the Pittsburgh Host and East Liberty Clubs, and has co-sponsored the McKees Rocks, North Boroughs and Oakland Lions Clubs. 

The Club’s largest membership was in 1955, with 100 members.
