Challenge to Grow with Quality Members
A quality Lions member is a person with integrity and who will meet the obligations of being a Lion, willingness to devote time for Lions services and a commitment to serve. A person who has a socially acceptable demeanor with a willingness to be a team player and a compatibility with the club culture and shows empathy for fellow human beings.

Challenge to Develop Quality Leaders for the 21st Century

Challenge to Extend with New Clubs
A strong emphasis will be made in extending new clubs in order to bring in new blood and fresh ideas to our organization. The new clubs should preferably have at 25-30% membership below 40 years of age and a good mix of men and women with around 25-30% women.
